If you are covered by our contract then you only pay for parts such as hard disk drives or broken laptop screens. Any adds, moves or changes are also not covered but are charged at a discounted rate.

 

Also included are benefits such as discounts on labour charges for machines not covered by your contract but are in your household or business.
