Your computer used to be blazing fast, your productivity limited only by your own imagination. And then it started. You started to have to wait for things. Things got slower and slower. You’ve got anti virus protection, so it can’t be a virus… right?

You’ve got a printer. It should work. You plugged it in, you turned it on and you installed everything from the CD that came with it. But it just doesn’t print. You’ve trawled the internet, looked high and low, but nothing you do seems to fix the problem. Then someone needs to print off homework, travel details or a business report. What then?

When we’re finished, Windows will be squeaky clean. We’ll make sure your computer has no viruses or malware and (with your permission) remove any programs that came with your computer that you never use. Your computer may even be faster than the day you bought it! Best of all, the vast majority of the tools we use are 100% free, and in the unlikely event that we need something else to fix your computer, you’ll be the first to know.

Sometimes the problem isn’t with Windows, but with the hardware itself. In this situation there are a few services we provide on-site:

• Modem or router replacement
• Power supply replacement
• Hard drive cloning

However, in most cases hardware issues are more easily dealt with in the workshop. We’ll collect your computer, repair it and set it up for you again as soon as possible.
