For a fixed annual fee many of our customers enjoy unlimited support throughout the year. As well as us providing free telephone support, all such customers have a desktop link which will log us into their computer so that we see exactly what they are seeing. That way most problems are resolved without having to arrange a call-out, which we will also do if absolutely necessary. The service covers general operating difficulties, but not tuition or correction of faulty hardware, however we do then offer discounts on such work.
