Call - Out
Any problem can usually be solved on site with any PC, Laptop, network product and the host of devices that can be interconnected. All Windows based machines will be left virus and malware free and frequently performing better than the day they were bought. Most of the tools that we use will never cost you a penny either. In the case of hardware failure the offending machine will be taken to the workshop where appropriate, repaired and then re-setup again. Simple hardware repairs such as modem, router, power supply replacement and hard-drive cloning can be done on site.
Workshop Repair
Laptops and Pcs of all ages once outside of manufacturers warranty frequently develop problems which have to be properly repaired. Our service ensures that all customer data is backed up before commencing work where software changes are likely.
The most common repairs include hard-drive replacement, re-Installations of badly corrupted Windows, and deep and thorough virus removal. In every case fine- tuning of software performance is applied, and our preferred security products added. Laptop hard-drive, keyboard and screen replacement / repairs are also very common.
Upgrades
Many PCs including nearly new ones suffer from slow hard-drives, poor graphics capability and insufficient RAM.
By simply replacing old with new brand new performance is achieved with your own installation and settings preserved. Most PCs built in the last 3 years will achieve performance indistinguisheable from the very latest new.
New and Refurbished PCs
New machines are discussed in the Products section, however we do refurbish PCs of some youth with a new hard-drive and software installation. Coming in at less than half the price of a brand new one, for most Windows applications this is a perfectly acceptable solution, and you get a 12 month warranty.
Installation
Under this heading we can install any of our own PCs, Laptops, wireless networks, printers, or the same with your own equipment. On site we can transfer data from old machines, setup file sharing, Email Accounts including restoring all old data, thoroughly test and leave you to sit down and continue (or start) working.
Data Recovery
We can recover data from most failed and failing computers / hard-drives. We can even extract from failed floppies, memory cards and failed backup devices.
Consultancy Projects
On many occasions we have been asked to do sophisticated setups, such as interfacing with Entertainment Systems, AppleMacs, Servers etc as well as complete migrations for companies including provision of backup solutions and our own Servers. No challenge has ever been a problem.
