Established now for over 6years, Oaklands is a company providing a full range of computer services to both homes and small businesses, including home-based companies as well as the SME corporate sector.
We are based in New Road, Croxley Green where we have a store/showroom coupled to a cleverly equipped workshop where the bulk or the more difficult repairs and all manufacturing is done.
Our field activities are spearheaded by the call-out service where 2 of our experienced staff cover on average from 20 to 30 assignments per week. In the workshop we also feature 2 highly experienced technicians who complete a similar number of repairs as well as dealing with quotations, walk-in enquiries, sales of computer hardware and telephone / remote support.
We sell and support all aspects of computer technology including PCs, Laptops, wireless equipment, peripheral devices and more recently Apple-Macs. We are familiar with most hardware and software products available, but believe stongly in the recommendation of certain brands based on our own experiences.
We take immense pride in our standard of work and all jobs are completed to achieve the most enduring and effective solution. In well over 4000 jobs completed so far as a company, failure to achieve a solution has never been nor ever will be an option.
As well as New equipment and Repairs we offer Support Contracts (both business and residential), Data Recovery, Network Design, and the full range of Installation and Site setup services.
